This picture is warm and classy. There's something like a harmony between her fingernails and the necklace on the back that gives a very feminin touch.
I like the very warm colors and the soft focus. But for the latter, I find that the dof should be a bit deeper, especialy because the tip of the 3 front fingernails are out of focus, and I think they need to be in focus in order to have more impact. This won't change much in the rest of the picture as the model will still be as a blurry silhouete. The scene is well lighten.
I find the fingers a bit too flat because of too much brightness, almost burnt. Is is due to the post processing? Have you tried to underexpose to catch more fine contrasts there?
Another thing is the framing or position of the model on her left arm. I'd crop it a bit narrower on the right part, or would ask the model to put her arm down in order to avoid what I found a distracting shape on top right. Maybe that would add more dynamic too, almost like she was a tiger. That would definitively add a lot to the picture. Also, I'm a bit concerned about the sharp in-focus red tablecloth on the right part which is also distracting.

I'm being picky because I think that there is something more to do with this shot/idea. It's well done and aesthetic, but something's missing.
